Five Funerals is a series of solemn celebrations that will memorialize five cultural ideas and give them the fanfare they deserve.
Each ceremony is hosted by a group of Chicago-area creative professionals and will feature performances, installations, video presentations, eulogies, and spirits accompanied by art-worthy topical catering by Chicago's Bleeding Heart Bakery.
Five Funerals will take place every Sunday in May 2011 from 3-7pm at The Charnel House, at 3421 W. Fullerton Avenue in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood.
Five Funerals is organized by The Alliance of Pentaphilic Curators, Jason Dunda and Teena McClelland
